i’ve had 2 *vegan* BLT’s this wk and it felt important. s/o crossroads kitchen holding it down on the bougie side of town with a BLT straight out the country club.

what is it about a sandwich that just makes everything better?

is it the nostalgia of lunchtimes prior? is it the times you’ve split a sandwich with a loved one, perfectly cut diagonally - thanks mom?

or is it that a good sandwich is secretly the solution to all the world’s problems?

it has to be that. bc a sandwich can make a bad day better or a worse day catastrophic if it goes missing. exhibit a:
