hi bestie,

welcome to What Is This Regarding? where we take a critical lewk at wtf’s going on around us. this wk as we need to talk about reviving important insults and how everyone is broke and its making everyone act up lol.

First things first.

Insults I’m Petitioning To Bring Back (with your help, ofc):

“Mofo”

“Quack”

“Dufus”

“Wearing the pants”

why? bc lately the landscape of insults has become flat. i think we deserve to get CREATIVE AGAIN with insults from ye olde times.

remember “oh she really wears the pants” hilarious and completely dumb. “that mofo” yes we need it.

but most of all QUACK is so DESCRIPTIVE. it’s rosie o’donnell living in ireland kinda and hoping to stay; it’s becoming out of touch with reality due to fame and distance from being an everyday person like a kanye, a bieber, or anyone who believes avril lavigne was body swapped.

i’m not saying we should insult each other MORE i’m simply saying we should insult each other BETTER. let’s dig deep, let’s grab some retro insults, and let’s begin again.

now onto the dire state of the union.

i was last wk years old when i found out that Financial Times has jokes and is def for the girlies:

OK FUNNY!!! i guess you have to be when everything is crumbling bc if we don’t have humor what DO we have?

we’ve officially passed the “deconstructed” portion of 2025 and are speeding quickly toward “bad.” So i say let’s hunker down and be poor (but rly cute) together, at home, just vibing, keeping our friends close, enemies as far as fking humanly possible.

while its unclear if things will improve *AT ALL* let’s just all come together.

let’s learn stuff and pick up hobbies and rewatch GIRLS which btw I’m on season 1 and i just relived shosh running around bushwick in tights and no pants and wow did she predict the entire miu miu collection.
