VIBE SHIFT + (possible) toxic positivity?

hi gorgeous,

welcome to What Is This Regarding? where we take a critical lewk at wtf’s going on around us. omg gorls its been a minute. don’t you hate when people like say they write a weekly and then do it for awhile and then disappear and then be like omg i’m back.

but like i know you can all relate to this bc i am a girlie, you are a girlie, and in the club we are all friends.

SO it felt like the proper time to pop in for a heavy energy check bc it feels to me that the VIBES. ARE. SHIFTING.

before we tackle THE VIBE SHIFT we need to talk about the time *someone I know* called me toxic positive. it hurt for 2 reasons:

1) my positivity is entirely genuine and

2) i’m deeply pessimistic about the entire outcome of the whole a$$ world so if i’m EXCITED about the day-to-day or a cUtE LeWk or a silly project… it’s bc that’s all we’ve got!!!!! if anyone has any solutions to solving survival other than giggling your way thru it…LMK!!!

SO here we are… trying to simply survive and be cute about it. yet it feels like behind every corner a horror is ReAdY to poke the f out.

to me, this all means it’s time to usher in a new vibe. a BETTER vibe. a vibe that does not include fire, orange men, or accusations of toxic positivity.

I declare the current vibe:

HAPPIER THAN EVER.

MY FINAL DECLARATION IS THAT THE VIBE IS ACTUALLY STILL DETERIORATING BUT WE ARE MAKING IT INTO SPRINKLES AND HAVING FUN!!!!!

THE VIBE IS HAVING FUN!!!!

Ok i don’t have any real evidence to back it up but its just what we need to do so tysm for believing me and just going with it bestie.
