hi my gorgeous goddess snack attack,
welcome to What Is This Regarding? where we take a critical lewk at wtf’s going on around us. This wk IT’S MY MF BDAY TODAY. SO F THE FORMAT I’M REMINISCING!!!!!!
lessons gathered this year:
1. HOT IS AN INNER JOURNEY
HIAIJ, aka hot is an inner journey, is a mantra i recite that lives so deep in my heart and psyche, it’s basically a form of zen - and my best note to self this whole year.
icymi here’s the tea. before you read on, pls recite that 3 times over - HOT IS AN INNER JOURNEY, HOT IS AN INNER JOURNEY, HOT IS AN INNER JOURNEY! bc when we embrace that, my gorgeous friend, we find the deep, real happiness that is HOTNESS ON THE INSIDE. take it from me i’m older and wiser.
2. EMBRACE YOUR ANGER
we are mad but we aren’t sad! why? bc we’ve EMBRACED WHOMST WE ARE. and angry grrl aesthetic is kinda cute!!!!!
we are SPRINTING ANGRILY into 33, full costanza.
LFGGGGGGG ANOTHER YEAR ANOTHER *healthy well balanced* TANTRUM!
3. I STILL CAN’T WITH TOM CRUISE
i may be a year older but i’m not a year closer to enjoying tom cruise.
unlike a fine wine, TC does not get better with age. i managed to survive another 365 without watching anything ft TC. a win!!!!!!
4. COMMIT TO COMMITMENT!!!!!
we’ve come a long way from this being “a noncommittal newsletter” - i wrote this bad boy every week - and you read it!!!! ty for being here - ty for letting me be committed to chaos and niche opinions. now i highly recommend committing to commitment bc we can accomplish anything, together.
5. TRY 1 NEW THING
people are always saying to other people that hobbies are nice - well, i got one and it’s brought me a lot of joy. sewing is back in the chat and it’s my notable mention for fave new thing to saunter into 33 with. especially bc its very much a hot nan activity (ok this one actually has nothing to do with anything but i liked it).
maybe i tricked u maybe i didnt, but yes you caught me this here newsletter was a tribute to ME.
bc today i got 1 year older, wiser, funnier, and HOTTER! and best of all, you’re here with me.
